Responsibilities

Candidates can look forward to a position that offers interaction with people daily, a role that encompasses sales, training, leadership development, and to:

• Conduct outside sales, building relationships with potential customers. 
• Master the company’s sales system and demonstrate leadership through performance. 
• Train and mentor new team members in sales strategies. 
• Pursue growth opportunities in both sales and leadership roles. 
• Track sales performance and meet/exceed company targets. 

Skills/Experience

• Previous experience in any sales role (outside sales preferred). 
• Strong ability to connect with people and present products with confidence.
